  • Messages between you and your coach

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Datadog to collect anonymized technical information to help us improve the App's performance and stability. This may include:

  • Device type and operating system version

  • App crash reports and error logs

  • General usage statistics (anonymized)

This analytics data does not identify you personally and is used solely for technical troubleshooting and app improvement.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and provide access to your account

  • Deliver coaching content, exercise assignments, and messaging features

  • Store and sync your data across sessions

  • Improve app performance and fix technical issues through anonymized analytics

  • Provide customer support when requested

Data Storage and Security

Cloud Storage: Your account data, including profile information, exercise assignments, messages, and appointments, is stored securely using Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We work with the following third-party service providers:

  • Supabase: Cloud database, authentication, and backend infrastructure

  • Datadog: Anonymized analytics and crash reporting

These service providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Your Data Rights

  • Access: You can view your profile, exercise, message, and appointment data within the App

  • Correction: You can update your profile information at any time through the App

  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below

  • Portability: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us

Children's Privacy

Iron Press Gym is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
